Manuel Cosme serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Foundation, the organization which fosters Hispanic economic development throughout the United States. During his tenure, Manuel has helped to forge alliances with other national LGBT and Latino organizations, including the NGLCC (Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce) and ALPFA (Latinos in Finance & Accounting).
A native of California, Manuel is licensed as a CPA. Prior to moving to DC, Manuel had his own accounting practice, specializing in helping small Hispanic-owned businesses better understand and utilize their financial information for growth. Manuel also serves on the Board of Directors for several non-profits, including the Latino GLBT History Project.
