LGBT Latino Youth: Donate to Pay U Non-immigrant Visa Fees for Hate Crime Victims, Antonio & Daniel

Two young gay Latino men, both of whom are undocumented and both of whom are working with The DC Center for the LGBT Community and Catholic Charities for non-immigrant visa applications. The DC Center is identifying resources such as food, clothing, shelter, and work, but they both  need  the following:

$500 for their non-immigrant visa application Form I-918U
$300 for their Application for Advance Permission to Enter as a Non-immigrant (Form I-192)

Our goal is to raise $800 for each of them, or $1,600 total to help these young men move their lives forward. Both have been involved community members and volunteered for various LGBT and Latino causes. Please consider helping them in their time of need. The Latino GLBT History Project and the Imperial Court of Washington DC are helping The DC Center to get the word out to support these survivors of violent hate crimes. Each of our organizations's board and staff have made personal donations to this fund. Please consider a donation yourself. The applicants need to raise funds for their applications by March 8th!

Please consider making a donation today of $25, $50, $100 or $250. The funds donated will go directly to pay the fees to file the visa application forms.

You may make a donation of any amount via the Latino GLBT History Project PayPal account or mail a check to the Latino GLBT History Project, 1318 U St. NW, Washington, DC 20009. Because of the urgency of this request, please send an email to to indicate your donation should be earmarked for this special campaign. Also send an email if you plan to mail a check so that we can know to keep an eye out for it.

Donations are being made through the DC Center for the LGBT Community which is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. The
Latino GLBT History Project and the Imperial Court of Washington DC are helping spread the word with our supporters about this community need!
