DC Latino Pride Honorary Host Committee

7th Annual DC Latino Pride

This annual celebration of history, health, identity and diversity will gather 150 LGBT Latinos on Thursday, May 30th for a panel discussion and community resource fair--La Plática Panel Discussion--and over 500 LGBT Latinos for an evening of high-impact cultural performances and Official DC Latino La Fiesta Pride Dance Party at Town Danceboutique on Thursday, June 6, 2013. The Latino GLBT History Project (LHP) depends on the generous financial support of community members to continue to provide our programs and services to empower and increase the visibility of LGBT Latinos. 8th Annual Hispanic LGBTQ Heritage Awards Reception

This annual celebration honors outstanding LGBT Latino and Latina community leaders, raises funds to preserve LGBT Latino history and educate the public about our contributions to society. This year's reception will gather over 100 community leaders in October 2013. 2nd Annual Women's History Month Celebration

This annual celebration of lesbian Latina leadership, history, identity and diversity will gather 75 Latinas in a unique social event for Latina Lesbians in Washington, D.C. in celebration of Women's History Month at MOVA, Washington, DC from 6-8pm on Friday, March 29th. We will honor Letitia Gomez with the 2nd annual Latin Leadership Award and enjoy drinks, great Latino music and a historical digital photo exhibition. Sponsorship levels are $150+, $250+, $500+. To join the Mujeres en el Movimiento Honorary Host Committee, please make a minimum donation of $25 online or mail a check to Latino GLBT History Project, 1318 U Street NW, Washington, DC 20009 by March 15th.
